I had injured my knee running and had been encouraged by my physio to start to attend a gym and make a habit of strengthening exercises. I am a gardener by trade and two months not working is not something I want to repeat. I booked an induction at the gym and Alex was friendly and polite. He explained all the equipment and was very patient with me and all the questions I had. The PT sessions with Alex have been invaluable in helping me overcome my fear of the gym. He is knowledgeable and with hisencouragement I am back to running and everything at work is becoming easier. If I had not booked the PT sessions I don’t think I would be as recovered as I am.
